Update events from v1.21 to v1.22.
Add TMA metrics v4.8.
Bring in the event updates v1.22:
https://github.com/intel/perfmon/commit/e5640646e96d59e3c1c1e0d0100a475220ff1dfe
The TMA 4.8 information was added in:
https://github.com/intel/perfmon/commit/59194d4d90ca50a3fcb2de0d82b9f6fc0c9a5736
Adds the event SW_PREFETCH_ACCESS.ANY.

Top-Down Microarchitecture Analysis (TMA) metrics simplify
cycle-accounting using microarchitecture-abstracted metrics
organized in one hierarchy. This update is from version 4.5 to
4.7.
The update includes:
- tma_info_bottleneck* metrics, an abstraction or summarization of
the 100+ TMA tree nodes into 12-entry familiar performance metrics.
- Reduce number of events (multiplexing) for tma_info_system_gflops,
tma_info_core_flopc, tma_info_inst_mix_ipflop and tma_ports_utilized_0.
- Fixes for tma_info_bottleneck_mispredictions and
tma_info_bad_spec_branch_misprediction_cost.
- New tma_info_inst_mix_ippause metric.
- tma_serializing_operation is raised to level 3.
- Swapped tma_info_core_ilp (becomes per SMT thread) and
tma_info_pipeline_execute (per physical core).
- tma_nop_instructions and tma_shuffles_256b are lowered to level 4
under tma_other_light_ops_group.
- Reduced number of events when SMT is off.
- Tuned thresholds for tma_info_bottleneck_branching_overhead,
tma_fetch_bandwidth and tma_ports_utilized_3m.

For the default output, the default metric group could vary on different
platforms. For example, on SPR, the TopdownL1 and TopdownL2 metrics
should be displayed in the default mode. On ICL, only the TopdownL1
should be displayed.
Add a flag so we can tag the default metric group for different
platforms rather than hack the perf code.
The flag is added to Intel TopdownL1 since ICL and ADL, TopdownL2
metrics since SPR.
Add a new field, DefaultMetricgroupName, in the JSON file to indicate
the real metric group name.

Some metric groups have metrics that don't have fully overlapping
events, meaning that the group's events become unique event groups that
may need to multiplex with each other. This can be particularly
unfortunate when the groups wouldn't need to multiplex because there are
sufficient hardware counters.
Add a flag so that if recording a metric group then the metrics within
the group needn't use groups for their events. The flag is added to
Intel TopdownL1 and TopdownL2 metrics.

Events are updated to v1.15, the metrics are based on TMA 4.4 full.
Use script at:
https://github.com/intel/event-converter-for-linux-perf/blob/master/download_and_gen.py
with updates at:
https://github.com/captain5050/event-converter-for-linux-perf
Updates include:
- Rename of topdown TMA metrics from Frontend_Bound to tma_frontend_bound.
- Addition of all 6 levels of TMA metrics. Previously metrics
involving topdown events were dropped. Child metrics are placed in
a group named after their parent allowing children of a metric to
be easily measured using the metric name with a _group suffix.
- ## and ##? operators are correctly expanded.
- The locate-with column is added to the long description describing
a sampling event.
- Metrics are written in terms of other metrics to reduce the
expression size and increase readability.
Tested with 'perf test':
10: PMU events :
10.1: PMU event table sanity : Ok
10.2: PMU event map aliases : Ok
10.3: Parsing of PMU event table metrics : Ok

Apply cstate fix from:
https://github.com/intel/event-converter-for-linux-perf/
so that metrics for cstates that exist on the particular architecture
are generated. This corrects issues with metric testing.
Also correct topic of ASSISTS.ANY event.

The change:
https://github.com/intel/event-converter-for-linux-perf/commit/fc680410402e394eed6a1ebd909c9f649d3ed3ef
moved certain "other" type of events in to the cache and pipeline topic.
Update the perf JSON files for this change.
