2020-01-06libperf: Move to tools/lib/perfJiri Olsa1-38/+0
Move libperf from its current location under tools/perf to a separate directory under tools/lib/. Also change various paths (mainly includes) to reflect the libperf move to a separate directory and add a new directory under MANIFEST. 2019-10-19libperf: Link static tests with libapi.aJiri Olsa1-3/+3
Both static and dynamic tests needs to link with libapi.a, because it's using its functions. Also include path for libapi includes.
