2022-12-14tools lib traceevent: Remove libtraceeventIan Rogers38-4060/+0
libtraceevent is now out-of-date and it is better to depend on the system version. Remove this code that is no longer depended upon by any builds. Committer notes: Removed the removed tools/lib/traceevent/ from tools/perf/MANIFEST, so that 'make perf-tar-src-pkg' works. The tep_ref_get() was renamed to tep_get_ref(), to be more consistent with the other tep_ref_* APIs. However, in the man pages the API is still with the old name. Initial support for libtraceevent man pages - Documentation directory, templates, configurations, Makefiles. The first man page is also part of the patch - summary of the library and all its APIs.
