Platform data is only available for sdio. With this patch a new
platform data structure is being used which allows for platform
data for any device and configurable per device. This patch only
switches to the new structure and adds support for SDIO devices.

Abstract brcmf_sdio_txpkt_prep and brcmf_sdio_txpkt_postp as a preparation
of chained tx packets for host side tx glomming.

DMA engine of some old SDIO host controllers require block size alignment for
data length of each scatterlist item. This patch introduces an intermediate
buffer list to support this kind of platform. It decreases the throughput
because of an extra memcpy in critical data path. So don't turn this on unless
it's necessary.

This patch adds support for platform specific data for SDIO
fullmac devices. Currently OOB interrupts are configured by Kconfig
BRCMFMAC_SDIO_OOB but that is now determined dynamically by checking
availibility of platform data.
