Commit a243ecc323b9 ("net: mdio: xgene: Use device_get_match_data()")
dropped the unconditional use of xgene_mdio_of_match resulting in this
warning:
drivers/net/mdio/mdio-xgene.c:303:34: warning: unused variable 'xgene_mdio_of_match' [-Wunused-const-variable]
The fix is to drop of_match_ptr() which is not necessary because DT is
always used for this driver (well, it could in theory support ACPI only,
but CONFIG_OF is always enabled for arm64).

Use preferred device_get_match_data() instead of of_match_device() and
acpi_match_device() to get the driver match data. With this, adjust the
includes to explicitly include the correct headers.

The .remove() callback for a platform driver returns an int which makes
many driver authors wrongly assume it's possible to do error handling by
returning an error code. However the value returned is ignored (apart
from emitting a warning) and this typically results in resource leaks.
To improve here there is a quest to make the remove callback return
void. In the first step of this quest all drivers are converted to
.remove_new() which already returns void. Eventually after all drivers
are converted, .remove_new() is renamed to .remove().
Trivially convert this driver from always returning zero in the remove
callback to the void returning variant.

xgene_mdio_status is declared static, and is only written once by the
driver. It appears to have been this way since the driver was first
added to the kernel tree. No other users can be found, so let's remove
it.

When building with clang 18 I see the following warning:
| drivers/net/mdio/mdio-xgene.c:338:13: warning: cast to smaller integer
| type 'enum xgene_mdio_id' from 'const void *' [-Wvoid-pointer-to-enum-cast]
| 338 | mdio_id = (enum xgene_mdio_id)of_id->data;
This is due to the fact that `of_id->data` is a void* while `enum
xgene_mdio_id` has the size of an int. This leads to truncation and
possible data loss.

Move all the MDIO drivers and multiplexers into drivers/net/mdio. The
mdio core is however left in the phy directory, due to mutual
dependencies between the MDIO core and the PHY core.
Take this opportunity to sort the Kconfig based on the menuconfig
strings, and move the multiplexers to the end with a separating
comment.
