The KEBA I2C controller is only present on KEBA PLC devices. Hence add
a dependency on KEBA_CP500, to prevent asking the user about this driver
when configuring a kernel without KEBA CP500 system FPGA support.

The piix4 I2C bus can carry SPDs, register them if present.
Only look on bus 0, as this is where the SPDs seem to be located.
Only the first 8 slots are supported. If the system has more,
then these will not be visible.
The AUX bus can not be probed as on some platforms it reports all
devices present and all reads return "0".
This would allow the ee1004 to be probed incorrectly.

Add Zhaoxin I2C controller driver. It provides the access to the i2c
busses, which connects to the touchpad, eeprom, I2S, etc.
Zhaoxin I2C controller has two separate busses, so may accommodate up
to two I2C adapters. Those adapters are listed in the ACPI namespace
with the IIC1D17 HID, and probed by a platform driver.
The driver works with IRQ mode, and supports basic I2C features. Flags
I2C_AQ_NO_ZERO_LEN and I2C_AQ_COMB_WRITE_THEN_READ are used to limit

The original change adds usage of i2c_root_adapter(), which is
implemented in i2c-mux.c. Therefore we can't use the multiplexing
if I2C_I801=y and I2C_MUX=m.
Handling the dependencies in the code would become unnecessarily
complex, therefore create a new config symbol.

The ppc64le_allmodconfig sets I2C_PASEMI=y and leaves COMPILE_TEST to
default to y and I2C_APPLE to default to m, running into a known
incompatible configuration that breaks the build [1]. Specifically,
a common dependency (i2c-pasemi-core.o in this case) cannot be used by
both builtin and module consumers.
Disable I2C_APPLE when I2C_PASEMI is a builtin to prevent this.
