[why]
immediate_disable_crtc does not reset ODM. if switching to disable_crtc
which will disable ODM as well. i.e. need to restore ODM mem cfg at
reenable it at end of w/a.

[WHY&HOW]
OTG has new functionality to allow P-State relative to VStartup. Keepout region
for this should be configured based on DML outputs same as other global sync
params.

We must wait for ODM double buffer updates to complete
before exiting the pipe update sequence or we may reduce
DISPCLK and hit some transient underflow (pixel rate is
reduced before the pipes have ODM enabled).

OPPs couldn't disconnect from the ODM that cause the double buffer pending not being latched due to missing VUPDATE.

optc_401_set_drr was using an old optc3 function to update vtotal min and max,
causing crashes when disabling FAMS2
how:
Updated dcn401 to point to opt401 function for vtotal updates. This version of
the function has FAMS2 logic that allows for FAMS2 to be disabled.

[Why]
The values calculated in optc1_get_otg_active_size are assigned to the
wrong output parameters, vertical blank is being used for horizontal size
and vice versa. This results in DPG test pattern looking wrong during
hardware init, as the DPG dimensions get assigned from this output, and
potentially other issues.

The parameters segment_width and last_segment_width are used to control
the configuration of the Output Plane Processor (OPP), specifically the
width of each segment that the display is divided into and the width of
the last segment

[WHY]
Currently 3-tap chroma subsampling is used for YCbCr422/420. When ODM
pipesplit is used, pixels on the left edge of ODM slices need one extra
pixel from the right edge of the previous slice to calculate the correct
chroma value.
Without this change, the chroma value is slightly different than
expected. This is usually imperceptible visually, but it impacts test
pattern CRCs for compliance test automation.
[HOW]
Update logic to use the register for adding extra left edge pixel for
YCbCr422/420 ODM cases.

Switching between DSC clock or disable DSC block are not double buffered update.
Corruption is observed if these updates happen before DSC double buffered
disconnection.
[how]
Move DSC disable and refclk reset to post unlock update. Wait for DSC double buffered
disconnection and all mpccs are disconnected before reset DSC clock.

DCN10 OPTC is used by other DCNs, and in some cases it might be useful
to have V_TOTAL_REGS available. This commit add V_TOTAL_REGS as part of
the TG field.

[WHY]
We want to support low hz case, but the original
vtotal/vtotal_min/vtotal_max can't support more
than 0x7FFF.
[HOW]
We use the 2 HW reg to contorl long vblank case.
1. OTG_V_COUNT_STOP_CONTROL -> vcount_stop
2. OTG_V_COUNT_STOP_CONTROL2 -> vcount_stop_timer
vcount_stop define from which line we stop using vcount
and start using vcount2.
vcount_stop_timer define how long we use vcount2.
Ex:
Vtotal = 7
OTG_V_COUNT_STOP_CONTROL = 4
OTG_V_COUNT_STOP_CONTROL2 = 5
time : 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11

Odm update is doubled buffered. We need to wait for ODM update to be
completed before optimizing bandwidth or programming new udpates.
[HOW]
implement wait_for_odm_update_pending_complete function to wait for:
1. odm configuration update is no longer pending in timing generator.
2. no pending dpg pattern update for each active OPP.

Not clearing the memory select bits prior to OPTC disable can cause DSC
corruption issues when attempting to reuse a memory instance for another
OPTC that enables ODM.

[Why]
If an OPP is used for a different OPTC without first being disconnected
from the previous OPTC, unexpected behaviour can occur. This also
applies to phantom pipes, which is what the current logic missed.
[How]
Disconnect OPPs from OPTC for phantom pipes before disabling OTG master.
Also move the disconnection to before the OTG master disable, since the
register is double buffered.

Under some circumstances, disabling an OPTC and attempting to reclaim
its OPP(s) for a different OPTC could cause a hang/underflow due to OPPs
not being properly disconnected from the disabled OPTC.
[How]
Ensure that all OPPs are unassigned from an OPTC when it gets disabled.

folder optc.
[how]
creating optc repo in dc, and moved the dcnxx_optc.c and .h files into
corresponding new folders inside the optc and cleared the linkage
errors by adding relative paths in the Makefile.template.
