Add SPDX license identifiers to all Make/Kconfig files which: - Have no license information of any form These files fall under the project license, GPL v2 only. 2011-04-20xen/blkback: Squash vbd.c,interface.c in blkback.c and xenbus.c respectivly.Konrad Rzeszutek Wilk1-1/+1
