Only 44x uses 4xx now, so only keep one directory. Signed-off-by: Christophe Leroy <christophe.leroy@csgroup.eu> Signed-off-by: Michael Ellerman <mpe@ellerman.id.au> Link: https://msgid.link/20240628121201.130802-7-mpe@ellerman.id.au

2022-05-08 | powerpc: Add missing headers | Christophe Leroy | 1 | -1/+2
Don't inherit headers "by chances" from asm/prom.h, asm/mpc52xx.h, asm/pci.h etc... Include the needed headers, and remove asm/prom.h when it was needed exclusively for pulling necessary headers. 2021-08-12 | powerpc: Bulk conversion to generic_handle_domain_irq() | Marc Zyngier | 1 | -3/+1
Wherever possible, replace constructs that match either generic_handle_irq(irq_find_mapping()) or generic_handle_irq(irq_linear_revmap()) to a single call to generic_handle_domain_irq(). Signed-off-by: Marc Zyngier <maz@kernel.org>
2019-07-13 | Merge tag 'powerpc-5.3-1' of ↵ | Linus Torvalds | 1 | -0/+1
git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/powerpc/linux Pull powerpc updates from Michael Ellerman: "Notable changes: - Removal of the NPU DMA code, used by the out-of-tree Nvidia driver, as well as some other functions only used by drivers that haven't (yet?) made it upstream. - A fix for a bug in our handling of hardware watchpoints (eg. perf record -e mem: ...) which could lead to register corruption and kernel crashes. - Enable HAVE_ARCH_HUGE_VMAP, which allows us to use large pages for vmalloc when using the Radix MMU. - A large but incremental rewrite of our exception handling code to use gas macros rather than multiple levels of nested CPP macros. And the usual small fixes, cleanups and improvements. 2019-07-03 | powerpc/4xx/uic: clear pending interrupt after irq type/pol change | Christian Lamparter | 1 | -0/+1
When testing out gpio-keys with a button, a spurious interrupt (and therefore a key press or release event) gets triggered as soon as the driver enables the irq line for the first time. This patch clears any potential bogus generated interrupt that was caused by the switching of the associated irq's type and polarity. 2017-08-23 | powerpc: Convert to using %pOF instead of full_name | Rob Herring | 1 | -7/+7

2017-08-10 | powerpc/4xx: Create 4xx pseudo-platform in platforms/4xx | Michael Ellerman | 1 | -0/+334
We have a lot of code in sysdev for supporting 4xx, ie. either 40x or 44x. Instead it would be cleaner if it was all in platforms/4xx. This is slightly odd in that we don't actually define any machines in the 4xx platform, as is usual for a platform directory. But still it seems like a better result to have all this related code in a directory by itself. Signed-off-by: Michael Ellerman <mpe@ellerman.id.au> |
