All board support that was marked as 'unused' earlier can
now be removed, leaving the five machines that that still
had someone using them in 2022, or that are supported in
qemu.

Most of the header files are no longer referenced from outside
arch/arm/mach-omap1, so move them all to that place directly
and change their users to use the new location.
The exceptions are:
- mach/compress.h is used by the core architecture code
- mach/serial.h is used by mach/compress.h
The mach/memory.h is empty and gets removed in the process,
avoiding the need for CONFIG_NEED_MACH_MEMORY_H.

Most interrupt flow handlers do not use the irq argument. Those few
which use it can retrieve the irq number from the irq descriptor.
Remove the argument.
Search and replace was done with coccinelle and some extra helper
scripts around it. Thanks to Julia for her help!

set_irq_flags is ARM specific with custom flags which have genirq
equivalents. Convert drivers to use the genirq interfaces directly, so we
can kill off set_irq_flags. The translation of flags is as follows:
IRQF_VALID -> !IRQ_NOREQUEST
IRQF_PROBE -> !IRQ_NOPROBE
IRQF_NOAUTOEN -> IRQ_NOAUTOEN
For IRQs managed by an irqdomain, the irqdomain core code handles clearing
and setting IRQ_NOREQUEST already, so there is no need to do this in
.map() functions and we can simply remove the set_irq_flags calls. Some
users also modify IRQ_NOPROBE and this has been maintained although it
is not clear that is really needed. There appears to be a great deal of
blind copy and paste of this code.

As discussed on linux-arm-kernel, we want to avoid
relative includes for the arch/arm/*omap* code:
http://www.spinics.net/lists/linux-omap/msg80520.html
Fix includes for fpga.h by making fpga.h local
to mach-omap1. The common code in plat-omap just
needs to know the struct h2p2_dbg_fpga, which can
be local to debug-leds.c.
This also fixes the braindead <../*.h> style includes
that got accidentally added with search and replace
during the cleanup.

Commit 4c98dc6b8ef2f73bdbfa78186db9a76507ba9ea3 ("ARM: OMAP: Make
plat/fpga.h local to arch/arm/plat-omap") results in a new warning from
sparse:
arch/arm/mach-omap1/fpga.c:147:6: warning: symbol 'omap1510_fpga_init_irq' was not declared. Should it be static?
Fix by adding a missing include.

There's no need to have this file in plat/fpga.h. We can
make it local to plat-omap replacing fpga_read/write
functions directly with readb/writeb as that's how
they are already defined in fpga.h.
Note that 2420 based H4 is also using the fpga, so let's
keep the led support around in plat-omap until we flip
over mach-omap2 to device tree.

Patch from David Brownell
ARM genirq cleanups/updates:
- Start switching platforms to newer APIs
* use "irq_chip" name, not "irqchip"
* providing irq_chip.name
- Show irq_chip.name in /proc/interrupts, like on x86.
This update a bit more than half of the ARM code. The irq_chip.name
values were chosen to match docs (if I have them) or be otherwise
obvious ("FPGA", "CPLD", or matching the code).

Patch from Tony Lindgren
This patch syncs the mainline kernel with linux-omap tree.
The highlights of the patch are:
- Convert more drivers to register resources in board-*.c to take
advantage of the driver model by David Brownell and Ladislav Michl
- Use set_irq_type() for GPIO interrupts instead of
omap_set_gpio_edge_ctrl() by David Brownell
- Add minimal support for handling optional add-on boards, such as
OSK Mistral board with LCD and keypad, by David Brownell
- Minimal support for loading functions to SRAM by Tony Lindgren
- Wake up from serial port by muxing RX lines temporarily into GPIO
interrupts by Tony Lindgren
- 32KHz sched_clock by Tony Lindgren and Juha Yrjola

This is part of Thomas Gleixner's generic IRQ patch, which converts
ARM to use the generic IRQ subsystem. Here, we wrap calls to
desc->handler() in an inline function, desc_handle_irq(). This
reduces the size of Thomas' patch since the changes become more
localised.
