test/vsock: vsock_perf utility
This adds utility to check vsock rx/tx performance.
Usage as sender:
./vsock_perf --sender <cid> --port <port> --bytes <bytes to send>
Usage as receiver:
./vsock_perf --port <port> --rcvlowat <SO_RCVLOWAT>
