dt-bindings: can: convert microchip,mcp251x.txt to yaml
Convert binding doc microchip,mcp251x.txt to yaml.
Additional change:
- add ref to spi-peripheral-props.yaml
Fix below warning:

failed to match any schema with compatible: ['microchip,mcp2515']
