ARM: omap3: Thumb-2 compatibility for sram34xx.S
* Build unconditionally as ARM for correct interoperation with
OMAP firmware.
* Remove deprecated PC-relative stores
* Add the required ENDPROC() directive for each ENTRY().
* .align before data words
