powerpc/83xx: disable IDE subsystem in mpc834x_itx_defconfig
This patch disables deprecated IDE subsystem in mpc834x_itx_defconfig
(no IDE host drivers are selected in this config so there is no valid
reason to enable IDE subsystem itself).
