arm64: defconfig: enable Qualcomm SM6115 LPASS pinctrl
Enable the Qualcomm SM6115 LPASS TLMM pin controller driver for
providing GPIOs/pins for audio block on SM6115 based boards (e.g.
QTI RB2).
