staging: vchiq: Replace function typedefs with equivalent declaration
Replace function typedefs with the equivalent declarations to better
align with the linux kenel coding style
The following typedefs were changed:
* VCHIQ_CONNECTED_CALLBACK_T
* vchiq_userdata_term
