Staging: remove unintended Module.symvers file
commit a82ad05ecd9dbd909509a332d3aa5f4ac439a054 (staging: vme: tsi148:
fix warning in free_irq) accidentally added a Module.symvers file to the
git tree.
This patch removes it, sorry about that.
