drm/amdgpu: Rename to amdgpu_vm_tlb_seq_struct

Rename struct amdgpu_vm_tlb_seq_cb {...} to struct amdgpu_vm_tlb_seq_struct
{...}, so as to not conflict with documentation processing tools. Of course, C
has no problem with this.
