perf x86 kvm-stat: Support to analyze kvm MSR

usage:
    - kvm stat
      run a command and gather performance counter statistics

    - show the result:
      perf kvm stat report --event=msr

See the msr events:

Analyze events for all VMs, all VCPUs:
