net: stmmac: xgmac: Rename XGMAC_RQ to XGMAC_FPRQ
Synopsys XGMAC Databook defines MAC_RxQ_Ctrl1 register:
RQ: Frame Preemption Residue Queue
XGMAC_FPRQ is more readable and more consistent with GMAC4.
