octeontx2-af: Update the default KPU profile and fixes
Add support for parsing following
1. NGIO
2. PPPOE
3. 24 byte custom L2 header
4. CPT Header
5. Fragmented CPT packets
6. VLAN EXDSA
Fix for
1. EDSA VLAN parsing
2. Enhance FDSA
3. CPT Header parsing
Remove ITAG support
