perf vendor events intel: Update CLX uncore to v1.14

JSON uncore events are generated for CascadeLake Server for v1.14 with
events from:

https://download.01.org/perfmon/CLX/

New event names are added, that match the original JSON names,
due to an update to:

https://github.com/intel/event-converter-for-linux-perf/
