dt-bindings: mmc: sdhci: document sdhci-caps and sdhci-caps-mask
The Linux SDHCI driver core reads 'sdhci-caps' and 'sdhci-caps-mask'
properties and few devices already use it (e.g. Qualcomm SM8450), so add
them to a shared SDHCI bindings.
