drm/xe: Introduce fault injection for gt reset
To trigger gt reset failure:
echo 100 > /sys/kernel/debug/dri/<cardX>/fail_gt_reset/probability
echo 2 > /sys/kernel/debug/dri/<cardX>/fail_gt_reset/times
