siox: bus-gpio: add missing MODULE_DESCRIPTION()
make allmodconfig && make W=1 C=1 reports:
WARNING: modpost: missing MODULE_DESCRIPTION() in drivers/siox/siox-bus-gpio.o
Add the missing invocation of the MODULE_DESCRIPTION() macro.
