dt-binding: can: m_can: list Chandrasekar Ramakrishnan as maintainer
Since Sriram Dash's email bounces, change the maintainer entry to
Chandrasekar Ramakrishnan. Chandrasekar Ramakrishnan is already listed
as a maintainer in the MAINTAINERS file.
