staging: r8188eu: remove AntDivBeforeLinkHandler from hal_ops
Remove AntDivBeforeLinkHandler from hal_ops and remove its wrapper
rtw_hal_antdiv_before_linked(). Call AntDivBeforeLink8188E() directly
instead.
