mmc: sdhci-pxav2: enable CONFIG_MMC_SDHCI_IO_ACCESSORS
Enable CONFIG_MMC_SDHCI_IO_ACCESSORS for the pxav2 driver. The read_w
callback is needed for a silicon bug workaround in the PXA168.
