perf build: Add llvm/clang/cxx make tests into FEATURE_TESTS_EXTRA

So we can see the status when we build perf, like:

  $ make LIBCLANGLLVM=1 VF=1
  ...                           cxx: [ on  ]
  ...                          llvm: [ on  ]
  ...                  llvm-version: [ on  ]
  ...                         clang: [ on  ]
