scsi: mpi3mr: Additional event handling
Implement support for handling the following MPI events:
- MPI3_EVENT_SAS_BROADCAST_PRIMITIVE
- MPI3_EVENT_CABLE_MGMT
- MPI3_EVENT_ENERGY_PACK_CHANGE
