MIPS: Get rid of CAVIUM_OCTEON_DCACHE_PREFETCH_WAR
CAVIUM_OCTEON_DCACHE_PREFETCH_WAR is a check for Octeon model CN6XXXX.
By using the version check we can remove the define.
