dmaengine: add missing MODULE_DESCRIPTION() macros
make allmodconfig && make W=1 C=1 reports:

WARNING: modpost: missing MODULE_DESCRIPTION() in drivers/dma/ioat/ioatdma.o
Add the missing invocations of the MODULE_DESCRIPTION() macro.
