scsi: ufs: core: Use UPIU query trace in devman_upiu_cmd()
Since devman_upiu_cmd() is not COMMAND UPIU, and doesn't have CDB, it is
better to use UPIU query trace, which provides more helpful information for
issue troubleshooting.
