media: Kconfig: include test_drivers with MEDIA_TEST_SUPPORT
Include test_drivers/Kconfig when MEDIA_TEST_SUPPORT is enabled rather
than MEDIA_PLATFORM_SUPPORT. Test drivers should not depend on
platform drivers to be enabled.
