arm64: dts: renesas: Restructure Makefile
Make the Makefile for building Renesas DTB files easier to read and
maintain:
- Get rid of line continuations,
- Use a single entry per line,
- Sort SoCs and boards alphabetically,
- Separate SoCs by blank lines.
