staging: rtl8723bs: remove unnecessary logging in hal/HalBtcOutSrc.h
fix the following checkpatch.pl issues:
WARNING: Unnecessary ftrace-like logging - prefer using ftrace

and remove the whole unused containing macro BTC_PRINT_F
