ARM: exynos_defconfig: Enable bus frequency scaling with devfreq
This patch enables the bus frequency scaling driver with devfreq and
devfreq-event framework. Devfreq is already supported on Odroid U3/XU3,
Trats2 and Rinato/Monk boards.
