Pull perf/core improvements and fixes from Arnaldo Carvalho de Melo:

 - Use proper dso name for is_regular_file, fixing device file handling (Jiri Olsa)

Build Fixes:

 - Add missing config.h include, fixing the build with libbabeltrace (Jiri Olsa)
