cris build fixes: fixes in arch/cris/kernel/time.c
- Remove debug print.
- Change #if to #ifdef to avoid compile time warning if CONFIG_PROFILING
isn't set.
- Number of parameters to profile_tick has changed, drop the regs parameter.
