RISC-V Devicetrees for v6.12

Sopgho:
Added DMA controller for CV18XX.
Added I2C, MMC, GPIO and onboard MCU (HWMON) for SG2042.
Enable SDHCI0 for HuashanPi (using cv1812h).
Some minor changes about dt-bindings for Sipeed LicheeRV Nano board
(using SG2002, and SG2002 is the new codename of CV181xC).
