ARM: dts: qcom: drop incorrect cell-index from SPMI
The SPMI controller (PMIC Arbiter) does not use nor allow 'cell-index'
property:
qcom-sdx55-mtp.dtb: spmi@c440000: Unevaluated properties are not allowed ('cell-index' was unexpected)
