drm/amd/display: Add extra logging for HUBP and OTG
[Description]
Add extra logging for DCSURF_FLIP_CNTL, DCHUBP_CNTL,
OTG_MASTER_EN, and OTG_DOUBLE_BUFFER_CONTROL for more
debuggability for a system crash.
