selftests/x86: Add tests for UC_SIGCONTEXT_SS and UC_STRICT_RESTORE_SS

This tests the two ABI-preserving cases that DOSEMU cares about, and
it also explicitly tests the new UC_SIGCONTEXT_SS and
UC_STRICT_RESTORE_SS flags.
