arm64: dts: ti: k3-j722s-evm: Enable CPSW3G RGMII1
Enable MAC Port 1 of CPSW3G instance of CPSW Ethernet Switch in
RGMII-RXID mode of operation. Port 2 is not connected on the EVM,
thus keep it disabled.
