ACPI: Add ACPI namespace documentation
ACPI is implemented as a subsystem in Linux, it creates a device tree by
mapping specific ACPI namespace objects
(Device/Processor/PowerResource/ThermalZone) into Linux device objects.
This patch adds documentation for the ACPI device tree.
