V4L/DVB (7441): kconfig fixes for tuner-simple
Update Kconfig for the hybrid devices recently converted
to use tuner-simple rather than dvb-pll.
dvb-bt8xx no longer uses dvb-pll at all, so remove all
references to dvb-pll within that driver.
