Merge tag 'usb-3.4-rc4' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/gregkh/usb
Pull USB fixes from Greg Kroah-Hartman:
"Here are a number of tiny USB fixes for 3.4-rc4.
