Merge branch 'drm-next-4.11' of git://people.freedesktop.org/~agd5f/linux into drm-next
Some additional fixes for 4.11. Delayed a bit due to Chinese New Year. Highlights:
- Powerplay fixes
- VCE and UVD powergating fixes
- Clean up amdgpu SI gfx code to match CI and VI
