ARM: dts: rockchip: adapt regulator nodenames to preferred form
The preferred nodename for fixed-regulators has changed to
pattern: '^regulator(-[0-9]+v[0-9]+|-[0-9a-z-]+)?$'
Fix all Rockchip DT regulator nodenames.
