Revert "drm/i915: Add DSC support to MST path"
This reverts commit e1a84ba850128b3984973786829e610ae4ee0e2e. Part of a series where patches were modified while applying to resolve conflicts, leading to further conflicts between drm-misc-next and drm-intel-next, resulting in build failures in drm-tip.
